Coffee Fundamentals is designed for anyone who wants to build a strong foundation in coffee.
The course introduces the coffee plant, major producing regions, Arabica and Robusta, processing methods, roasting and basic brewing.
Students will also learn the fundamentals of coffee tasting and how factors such as acidity, sweetness and body influence perception.
No previous coffee experience is required.
